By using elo.market, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use elo.market (same as Twitch). By using our platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

elo.market uses two virtual currencies for entertainment only. Elo (your competitive score): • Has no monetary value and cannot be converted to real money • Cannot be transferred between users • All users receive free starting elo • Boosts are available when your balance reaches zero • Resets to the starting amount at the beginning of each season Sparks (loyalty points earned through participation): • Has no monetary value and cannot be converted to real money • Cannot be transferred between users • Earned automatically by placing predictions and making correct calls • Can be spent on cosmetic items in the shop (name colors, effects) • Persist across seasons and do not reset Cosmetic purchases are final and non-refundable. Cosmetics are visual only and do not affect gameplay or predictions. This is not gambling. No real money is involved in either currency.

The platform operates in seasons set by each streamer. • When a season ends, all wallet balances reset to the starting amount • Leaderboard rankings are preserved in the Hall of Fame • Unresolved predictions at season end are automatically refunded • New seasons may start automatically based on streamer settings

Predictions are resolved automatically based on game outcomes. • Winnings are calculated based on the odds at the time of your vote • Predictions may be canceled and refunded if a match is interrupted or technical issues occur • You cannot request refunds for resolved predictions

To keep the platform fair for everyone: • Use only one account per person • Don't use bots, scripts, or automation • Don't exploit bugs — report them instead • Respect other users and streamers

Your elo.market account is linked to your Twitch account. You're responsible for keeping your Twitch account secure. To delete your account, contact us at contact@elo.market.

elo.market is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. We're not liable for any losses related to virtual elo or Sparks, as they have no real value.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
